Thailand and Cambodia Taskforces Update

The Thailand Taskforce met in August to plan their activities for the next three years.   This was followed by a meeting of the Cambodia Taskforce in Phnom Penh to review their successful Smiles & Hopes orphanage programme.   Professor Raman Bedi was able to deliver over 450 tubes of Duraphat fluoride varnish due to the successful fundraising efforts of three Leeds dental students.  GCDFund Cambodia also launched the Seal Cambodia programme which will be operational in 2012.  Each year 20,000 children will receive glass ionomer fissure sealants.
