A Great Night for a Great Cause

Isabella Fantoni, a 6th former applying to study for dentistry, raised £1,205 for the Global Child Dental Fund by hosting a ‘Great night for a great cause’ drinks party.

Isabella invited her parents’ friends to the party to tell them about the work of Smiles & Hopes Cambodia and invite them to donate towards the University of Health Science’s (UHS) paediatric dental department’s work in Phnom Penh. The UHS is the only government dental school in Cambodia.

The money Isabella raised has gone towards decorating and refurbishing the paediatric dental department and waiting room as well as essential maintenance of the dental chairs and equipment.
