2015 IFDH Award Winners

In partnership with the International Federation of Dental Hygienists, we are delighted to announce the winners of the 2015 Dental Hygienist Social Responsibility Award:
- 1st place winners Jade Lavalle and Hikari Shiga will receive $3,000 for their project 'Children's tooth brushing in rural townships in south Africa'.
- 2nd place runner up Cynthia Wallbridge will receive $1,000 for the project 'Strategic intervention for New Zealand Disadvantaged children'.
- 3rd place runner up Paula Jane Williams will receive $1,000 for her project 'The Tooth Fairies at the Red Cross Children's Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa'.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who took part in the 2015 award, and to congratulate these winners for their excellent projects.
Following this second succesful year, the Social Responsibility award will run again in 2016. Details for next years' award will be posted on our website in the new year.
