Dr Yong Jiang graduated from Beijing Medical University, College of Stomatology in 1995 (now Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology). He got his Doctor degree in 2003. He has been working at Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology for about 16 years. He spent the first 13 years in Department of Prosthodontics as a prosthodontist and assistant professor for the students’ preclinic and clinic training. He has received several Excellent Teaching awards for his outstanding contribution in dental education and was appointed to be an associate professor in 2006. In 2008, he founded the Department of General Dentistry under the order from the college and has been the chairman of the department since then. In 2010, he was appointed the director of Department of Education as a concurrent post.
