Sutha is a dentist and currently working in the position of Deputy Director General, Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health,Thailand. He is responsible both oral Health Promotion and Prevention program in all aged group, oral health product consumer protection, setsystem of monitoring and evaluation, chairperson of oral health service plan. Sutha received his DDS from dental school of Chulalongkorn University, Master's degree of Public Health from school of Public Health Mahidol University. He has got diplomate Thai Board of Oral Public Health from Dental Council of Thailand,and is a certificate of mini MBA in Life Science Management from school of Business Kasetsart University.
