Dr. Mhaville is Paediatric Dentistry who received her Master’s from ACTA (Academic Centre of Dentistry Amsterdam). She completed her Degree of Dental Surgery at Muhimbili University of Health Allied Sciences. She worked part time as a clinician and a Tutorial assisstant lecturer at ACTA; she also worked at a private practice Tandarts Praktijk Millestraat. She is the Oral health focal person and a member of the steering committee of the Non Communicable Diseases (NCD) for the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. Was the oral health expert  that accompanied the President of Tanzania, H.E, Dr. Jakaya Mrisho KIkwete in the opening of the Oral Side Meeting that was hosted by Tanzania and its partners at the UN high level meeting of “ Putting Teeth into NCD’s” September 2011. She is also a board member of Child Reach Tanzania for the past 5 years.  Has been a member also of the steering committte of Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA’s) in the East Africa Community (EAC). Dr. Mhaville was the president of Tanzania Dental Association form November 2011 to November 2014
