My two retrogradations to individuals entering the dental profession are:

1. "I do not know what your destiny will be, but I do know this - the only ones of you that will be happy, are those who have sought and found out how to serve." - Albert Schwietze

2. Always remember that no matter how hard you worked to get to this point in your lives, there are always people who helped you get there. And when you remember this, dedicate yourself to being someone who helps others realize their dreams.
